Student Counseling Services is leading student recruitment company providing study abroad guideline and related services to Pakistani students in fair and professional way since last 20 year. We have 5 offices across Pakistan. Our sister company ICD Institute of Career Development is test center for various English tests like IDP IELTS, TOEFL ,GRE, Cambridge and UKVI SELT Exams which are used for student visa applications. We are looking for Educational Consultant for our Study Abroad section in Guranwala Office. The person will be responsible for
- Dealing with student enquiries on phone / email and social media web sites & replying them.
- Guiding students / visitors for course and institution selection.
- Guidance to students for student visa applications, how to apply, Dos and Donts of visa application
- Coordinating closely with head office regarding applications & enquiries
- Marketing of SCS Study Abroad services in Gujranwala region by using available avenues.
- Attending all leading education fairs / exhibitions and events in Gujranwala on behalf of SCS
- Following up all enquiries sent by Head office and converting them to applications
- Achieving monthly agreed target for student enrollments
- Hosting and managing student recruitment events in Gujranwala on monthly bases. Running digital media campaigns for Gujranwala student community
- Engaging with local educational institutions, counselors and schools / educational agents to source quality study abroad applications
- Managing similar other tasks for student recruitment suggested by Head office
Desired SkillsÂ
- Must have a Bachelor Honor or Master degree at least with a reputable institution and with good grades
- Punctual, Honest, Hardworking and team player. Quick learner having a passion to move forward.
- HE / She must have excellent communication skills both spoken and written English
- Must have full command on Computing like Emails, Presentations, Databases etc. A designing skill will be regarded as a plus. Active Digital marketing will be required during job
- Convincing attitude and pleasant personality for public dealing
- Out of box thinker!
Prior experience of study abroad consultancy/ student visa advisory is desirous but not mandatory.
Package:
- Fixed Salary
- Handsome commission on enrollments
Terms
- Initial 3 month probation period will be offered assessing employees performance
- Original academic transcript of highest qualification to be submitted due to security and compliance.
- Initial Contract will be for 2 years extendable
